Goal: The Summit will provide tools and skill development to support the health and well-being of youth and young adults living in urban, rural and frontier, or tribal communities. Throughout the Summit, participants will learn from the lived experience and expertise of young adults, including youth with special health care needs, sexual minorities, those living in non-traditional housing or who are homeless, and young people of color.
Participants: Professionals who work with programs that serve youth and young adults in states and/or tribal communities (Title V, Title X, PCAs, State Offices of Rural Health, State Offices of Human Services, School Based Health Centers, other adolescent health contacts, youth and young adult leaders, etc.).
