Hotel Reservations

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 3, 2019, THE CUT-OFF DATE

Hotel reservations are available at the Hilton Rockville Hotel starting on January 21; checkout is on January 24. The room rate is $181 per night + tax. Anyone needing a hotel reservation MUST follow the instructions below. Early check-in or late checkout is at the discretion of the hotel’s front desk. Please contact them directly should you need to adjust your reservation in anyway. An email confirmation from noreply@h4.hilton.com  will be emailed directly from the hotel to the address provided within your reservation. Please contact the hotel directly if you do not receive this information at least 1 week prior to the workshop.

Hotel Reservation Instructions

Please note that there are two different links below for making reservations depending on who is paying for your travel/hotel. Please refer to your email instructions from Capital Consulting Corporation to know which “attendee category” you are in to make an accurate reservation.

1. “Sponsored Attendee” use if your travel/hotel is being paid for by NHGRI through their contract with Capital Consulting Corporation.
2. “Non-sponsored Attendee” use if you are responsible for paying for your own travel/hotel.

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. You must notify the hotel directly to cancel or change your reservation at least 72 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid charges to your provided credit card. “Sponsored Attendees (only) will have their room and tax billed to Capital Consulting Corporation upon checkout. All incidental expenses are “on your own charge.”

Meal Selection and Payment
