Hotel Rooms
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown for the nights of April 18, 19, and 20, 2017, at the rate of $178/night plus tax (single/double occupancy). Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at (303) 603-8000 or 1 (855) 215-1283 and specifying you are with the “HPOG Roundtable Meeting.” The deadline for making your room reservations at the meeting rate is March 28, 2017. After this date, the room rate will be based on availability.
The hotel offers free wireless Internet access in all hotel rooms.

Food and Drinks During the Meeting
Due to federal regulations no food or beverages will be provided; however, there is one restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn as well as many restaurants and shops nearby. Please note that all hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn are equipped with coffee makers, microwave ovens, and mini-refrigerators.
Travel
Please make arrangements to fly into Denver International Airport (DEN): http://www.flydenver.com/. Denver International Airport is 26 miles from Hilton Garden Inn. Travel time is approximately 35 minutes without traffic and 50 minutes with traffic to or from Denver International Airport.
