This meeting will take place at the Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to the Power & Light District.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown for the nights of April 4, 5, and 6, 2017, at the rate of $117/night plus tax (single/double occupancy). After this date, the room rate will be based on availability.

There are several ways to reach Kansas City from the airport:
Shuttle
- SuperShuttle [1(800) 258-3826] has offices and kiosks near the baggage claims. No advance reservations are necessary.
- Quicksilver Airport Service [(913) 262-0905] offers shared-ride vans. Call at least 6 hours in advance for reservations.

Taxicab
The average taxi fare from the airport to downtown is approximately $40-$50 before gratuity for the 30-minute trip. Taxicabs are available at the lower level curbside outside baggage claim.
Bus/Metro

Metro/KCATA: Bus Route 129 offers about 18 trips daily (5:32 a.m.-11:17 p.m.) to the 10th and Main transit center in Downtown Kansas City, with stops along the way. Contact (816) 221-0660 or visit www.kcata.org for routes. Its fare boxes accept exact change only. The fare is about $1.50 and the exact amount is required.
Parking
