The hotel is across the street from the White Flint Metro Station on the Red Line.

If you are driving from the NIH Campus to the hotel go north on Rockville Pike/MD-355 for approximately 3 miles. Turn left on Marinelli Road. The hotel will be on the right.

Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at the rate of $182/night plus 13% tax.

To make hotel reservations:

  • By phone: call 1-877-212-5752 and reference the 2016 BD2K All Hands Meeting.
  • Online: go to the BD2K reservations site.

The cutoff date for the conference rate has been extended to Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Rooms available after the cutoff date will be at a higher rate.

You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 2:00 PM 1 day before arrival. (for example for arrival on Monday, 11/28/2016 you may cancel with no penalty until 2:00 PM on Sunday 11/27/2016). Please note that the hotel will assess a fee equal to one night room and tax if you must cancel after this deadline.

Parking Location for Conference Attendees

Beginning 11/7/2016, the conference center parking lot will be closed for construction. Overnight guests should park onsite. Conference attendees should park at our offsite location at 6120 & 6130 Executive Boulevard. Shuttle service is available to and from the parking location to the conference center. The discounted cost will be $7.50 per day per vehicle.

We are estimating 20-30 minutes to get from the satellite parking to the hotel.
