Poster Session

Representatives from Alliance awards are invited to participate in the poster session on the evening of November 19, 2015. Attendees who intend to present at the session should submit a poster abstract, no longer than 250 words and containing no more than one figure. Deadline for poster abstract submission: November 5.

NOTE: There is no limit on the number of poster abstracts that can be submitted per award. Should we receive more abstracts than can be accommodated in the meeting space, a subset will be chosen for presentation and authors will be notified by November 9. As such, if you decide to submit multiple abstracts, please prioritize your submission (1^st choice, 2^nd choice, etc.) in case we have to limit the number of posters to display.

Additional Poster Information

Poster dimensions should be no larger than 48” high and 72” wide. Poster boards and push pins will be provided.

POSTER SESSION – November 19, 5:00 pm

Poster session begins at 5:00 pm on the 19^th. We encourage all poster presenters to stand near their poster from 5:30 pm-6:00 pm in order to answer any questions from attendees about your research.

Poster Set Up/Removal

Poster Set up: Please put up your poster by the November 19^th lunch break.

Poster Removal: Please remove your poster by 4 pm on November 20^th. Please note that posters that are not picked up by the end of the meeting will be discarded.
