LOGISTICS
Hotel Rooms
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown Dallas for the nights of March 6, 7, 8, and 9 2018, at the rate of $178/night plus tax (single/double occupancy). Reservations can be made via Internet, please click here or by calling the hotel at (214) 748-4000 and specifying you are with the “HPOG Roundtable Meeting.” The deadline for making your room reservations at the meeting rate is February 4, 2018. After this date, the room rate will be based on availability
Food and Drinks During the Meeting
No food or beverages will be provided at the meeting; however, there is one restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn as well as many restaurants and shops nearby. Please note that all hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn are equipped with coffee makers, microwave ovens, and mini-refrigerators.
Travel
Please make arrangements to fly into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW): https://www.dfwairport.com. DFW Airport is 19 miles from Homewood Suites by Hilton. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes without traffic and 45 minutes with traffic to or from DFW Airport.
There are several ways to get to the hotel from the airport:

SuperShuttle™ provides ground transportation service from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. For more information or reservations, call 1(800) 258-3826. The approximate cost for one-way shuttle service from DFW airport is $16 for a shared ride and $46 for non-stop ride.

Taxicab
The average taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is approximately $45 before gratuity.
Parking
The hotel offers overnight self-parking for $14 and overnight parking for $24 per night per vehicle.
