ONC is hosting the Direct Exchange Workshop, which will focus on the adoption and use of the Direct specification to improve health IT interoperability. The one-day, in-person event will highlight a variety of efforts and resources from across the stakeholder community that uses Direct. Attendees will focus on optimizing providers experience using the service, emerging testing tools for developers, a variety of industry updates, and highlighting innovative uses of Direct. We hope to see you there!
The Partnership’s offices are conveniently located in downtown Washington, D.C., within walking distance of Metro Center (Red, Blue and Orange lines) and the Gallery Place/Chinatown (Red, Yellow and Green lines) Metro stops.

From Metro Center, use the 12th & G Streets exit. At the top of the escalators, turn right to walk north on 12th Street. Cross H Street and turn right on New York Avenue NW. The entrance to 1100 New York Avenue NW is on your right.

From Gallery Places/Chinatown, exit at 9th and G Streets/National Portrait Gallery. Walk west on G Street for two blocks. Turn right on 11th Street and walk one block. Our building is across the street and just above Capitol City.

There are entrances to the building on New York Avenue and on H Street, both between 11 Street NW and 12 Street NW. Upon entering the building, take the East bank of elevators to the 2nd floor. There will be signage located near the East Tower elevators.
Parking
If you are driving, there is a parking garage below the building accessible from 12th Street just past H Street. Parking is approximately $20 a day in the cash-only garage. The parking garage opens at 7 a.m. There are other parking garages across the street at City Center.
