The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) invites National Network to Eliminate Disparities in Behavioral Health (NNED) members to participate in its eighth annual training opportunity, NNEDLearn 2018. The purpose of NNEDLearn 2018 is for NNEDLearn participant organizations to successfully implement one of the five offered trainings into their community.
Before starting this application, please review the NNEDLearn 2018 Pre-Application Decision Tree on the NNEDLearn web page to ensure that you have completed the following steps and are eligible to apply:
1. Read and understand the 4 phases of the NNEDLearn model, and read and meet the requirements to participate in NNEDLean 2018 at http://nned.net/nnedlearn/,
2. Read the Implementation Readiness Checklist for this training track at http://nned.net/fa-2018, and assessed that my organization is suitable to apply, and
3. Identified a Team Leader and team members. The Team Leader will be responsible for sharing all information with team members, and should be assigned by the organization’s leadership. Teams consist of 3-5 members.
Make sure you are a NNED member – each team member will need to join the NNED before a selected team will be approved for final acceptance and travel. To join the NNED, sign up at http://nned.net/join_nned/.
